  • Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work related injury and ill health appropriate to the purpose, the size and context of the organization and specific to the nature of our OH&S risks and OH&S opportunities.
  • Meet all applicable occupational Health and Safety legislation, guidance and other regulations relevant to the Group and in order to prevent injury and ill health.
  • Providing sufficient resources and equipment to ensure that the Group can operate to the documented Management System across all business functions and is appropriate to the nature and scale of the Groups occupational health and safety risks.
  • Ensuring that all employees are made aware and understand this policy statement and their individual Occupational Health & Safety obligations.  To this end employees, workers representatives must participate in the decision making processes in the OH&S management system and be fully committed to health & safety to protect themselves, other employees and others who may be affected by their activities.
  • Communicate to all subcontractors employed by the Group or any other interested parties of the requirements of this Health & Safety Policy that they shall be required to meet the same objectives in all respects.
  • Risk assessments are conducted for all appropriate activities and fully documented and implemented measures to achieve satisfactory control of OH&S risks using the hierarchy of controls.
  • Ensure that all personnel are trained to the relevant standards for any duties they are required to perform, and eventualities that may arise as detailed on the Group risk assessments.
  • Ensures the promotion of behavioural Safety and a positive health & safety culture which is paramount and con-tributes to the success of the business.
  • Ensure that the Group will take all reasonable measures to protect the health and safety of employees and all others who may be affected by our activities.
  • Ensure continual improvement of its Occupational Health & Safety Management System and Group performance in Health and Safety.

Our Health and Safety Policy is monitored and reviewed to ensure that it meets the companies’ legislative requirements, health & Safety objectives and targets and remains relevant and effective to the changing needs of our business and customers.
